  • 1/2 Cup Fenugreek Leaves
  • 2 Cups Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ajowan
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Let's see how to make poori with fenugreek leaves

Wash and chop fenugreek leaves

To a mixing bowl, add 2 cups wheat flour with 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, coarsely grinded cumin seeds and ajowan and mix

Add 1 teaspoon green chilli paste,

chopped fenugreek leaves and mix

Add coriander leaves and mix

Add water and knead it into a dough

Add 1 teaspoon oil and knead

Let it sit for 10-15 minutes

Take a small amount of batter and roll it

Press it into a poori after sprinkling dry flour

Heat oil for deep fry

Fry the prepared poori

Flip and fry till poori turns brown

Serve hot!
