  2. Next, grind the soaked mixture along with a small piece of ginger and 2-3 green chilies.
  3. Additionally, grind the cleaned spinach and 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds with the green gram mixture.
  4. Grind it into a smooth paste and add salt to your taste. If the mixture appears too thick, you can adjust the consistency by adding some water until it reaches a dosa batter-like thickness.
  5. Now, heat a pan and pour the batter over it on low flame.
  6. Spread it evenly, and if desired, add a small amount of butter or oil.
  7. Cook for a minute or two, and if you prefer, sprinkle some chopped onions on top.
