1. Green Gram - 1 Cup

2. Green Chillies - 5-6

3. Ginger - A Small Piece

4. Salt - 1 Teaspoon

5. Chopped Coriander - 1/2 Cup

6. Chopped Curry Leaves - 1/2 Cup

7. Oil - For Deep Fry

Wash and soak 1 cup green gram in a big bowl overnight or for 4-5 hours. Grind this soaked green gram with green chillies, chopped ginger, 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste into a paste. Add chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves. Heat oil for deep fry in a pan. Wet your hands, this will prevent the batter from sticking to the hand. Take a small portion of the batter, press it and make a hole in the middle. Deep fry in oil one by one. Fry on medium flame. Fry till they turn light brown and flip. Flip and fry till they turn golden brown.
