Let's see how to make noodles at home with wheat flour

Here I used bombay rava so that the noodles will have a nice texture
Powder the bombay rava in a mixie jar
Add 2 cups wheat flour to a mixing bowl
Then add the powdered bombay rava, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix
Add water and knead it into a dough
The dough has to be a little harder than chepathi dough
Here for 2 cups of dough I used a little less than 1 1/4 cup of water
If dough is softer, there is a chance of prepared noodles sticking to each other
Add 2 teaspoons oil and knead the dough again
Let it sit for 15-20 minutes
To prepare noodles, here I'm using a press
Spread some oil inside the press
Also, spread some oil on your palms
Knead the dough again after 15 minutes
Stuff some of this dough into the press
Sprinkle some dry flour onto a plate
Then press the noodles onto this plate
If these noodles stick to each other, keep sprinkling dry flour in between
Noodles are ready now
These home made noodles are ready to cook now
Let's see how to cook these noodles now
Heat water in pan
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oil and boil this water
As water starts to boil, add the prepared noodles
Here, all the dry flour used to keep the noodle strings apart will separate from the strings
Also, the oil will prevent the strings from sticking to each other
As water starts to boil, add the prepared noodles
Drain off the water after noodles are cooked and immediately put them under cold running water
Noodles are ready now
Lets fry the veggies
Heat 1 1/2 tablespoon oil in pan
Add 4-5 chopped garlic cloves, 1 chopped onion and fry for a minute
Then add 1 chopped capsicum, 1 carrot, 1 tomato and mix
Cook on high flame for a minute
Any other veggies also could be added here
Now add 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup and mix
Add salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 2 chopped green chillies and mix
Add the boiled noodles and toss them
Cook for a minute and serve hot!
Home made veggie noodles are ready to serve

These noodle can be used for a year if dried under the sun
Here I dried them in the sun for a day.
Make sure that the noodle dry in the sun for a day atleast
Then, for 2-3 days just let them sit where there is proper air circulation
Store them in an air tight container.
