Powder cardamom and black pepper. Take 1 litre or 4 cups of water in a bowl and add 100 grams of jaggery. Mix till all the jaggery melts. Filter this water into a differnt bowl to remove the impurities. Add the powdered cardamom and black pepper. Tulsi leaves, Cardomom skin also could be added.

VADA PAPPU Soak green gram for 1-2 hours. Drain the water and take them into a plate. Add a pinch of salt to the soaked green gram. Add Grated cocunut, grated green chillies, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix.
