Munagaku Paratha | Drumstick Leaves Paratha

  • 1 cup Drumstick leaves
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Ajowan
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Recipe Notes

To 1 cup washed and chopped drumstick leaves, add 2 cups wheat flour,

1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon ajowan,

2 chopped green chillies, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder,

1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder,

1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix.

By adding water mix it into a dough.

Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Mix it again and make small balls out of it.

Press them with the help of dry flour.

Heat a pan on stove.

Cook the parata on low flame.

Flip as small bubbles start to show and cook on the other side.

Apply ghee on both sides if wanted.
