Homemade Mutton Keema Balls Recipe

- 1/2 kg Minced Mutton
- 3 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1` tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 3 tbsp Oil
Method for Preparation for Keema Balls
Firstly will take 1/2 kg minced mutton which is cleaned/washed in a mixi jar.
Then will add 3 teaspoons of Red Chili Powder to it , or as needed.
Now will add 2 teaspoons of salt to it , or as needed.
Then will add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds powder .
And then will add 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
Will add 1/2 a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a tablespoon of chopped Coriander leaves .
Then will add 1/4 teaspoon of Garam masala powder.
And now will add a teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste to the minced mutton.
Will now grind it into a fine paste in a mixi jar.
Will take the fine paste in a mixing jar and add 1 tablespoon of Lime juice and mix it thoroughly.
We can add some green gram flour , if you feel the paste is too soft , to thicken the paste.
Now will roll them into lime sized balls or any required shapes and place them aside.
Then will shallow fry them in a pan , one after the other.
Take 3 Tablespoons of Oil to fry them on a medium flame.
Flip or turn them when we fry so that they are cooked or fried throughly.
Place the fried mutton balls on a paper napkin for a while, and serve them.
So our minced mutton balls are ready , yummy and easy to prepare .
