To make this chicken fry, we need to marinate the chicken first
Marinating for more than 2 hours will make the chicken tastier
Make cuts in the chicken pieces
This will help the chicken pieces marinate better
Put these chicken pieces in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 3 tablespoons curd and mix
Garam masala also could be added
Mix so that the masala spreads evenly on the chicken pieces
Marinate for a minimum of 2 hours
Here, I put it in fridge for 3 hours.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
To a plate, add 1/2 cup corn flour and 1/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix
Take a prepared chicken piece and roll it in flour
Dip it egg mixture and roll it in bread crumbs
Prepare all the pieces similarly
Let's fry them now
Heat 3-4 tablespoons oil in pan
The pieces could be deep fried also
Place the chicken pieces one by one and fry
Cook on low flame
Flip after a couple of minutes
Flip and fry till the pieces turn golden brown on all sides
