							Ingredients
				- 500 grams Pandem Kodi
 - 2-3 Ginger Pieces
 - 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
 - 2 Bay Leaves
 - 1/2 tsp Shahjeera
 - 2 Onions
 - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
 - 2 tsp Chili Powder
 - 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
 - 3 tbsp Oil
 - 1 tbsp Khas Khas
 - 4 Cashewnuts
 - 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
 - 2-3 Cinnamon stick
 - 5-6 Cloves
 - 3 Cardamom
 - 7-8 Garlic Cloves

Here I’m using 500 grams of pandem kodi or country chicken
 
Let’s prepare masala first
						- 
										To a mixie jar, add 2-3 cinnamon stick pieces, 5-6 cloves, 3 cardamoms, 7-8 garlic cloves, 2-3 ginger pieces, 1 tbsp khas khas, 4 cashew nuts, 2 tbsp coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and grind it into a paste
 - 
										Add water and grind it into a soft paste
 - 
										
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker
 - 
										Then add 2 bay leaves, 1/2 tsp shahjeera, 2 diced onions, and fry
 - 
										Close lid and fry till onions turn brown
 - 
										
Now add 2 green chilies along with the chicken
 - 
										
Cook the chicken on a medium flame for 10 minutes
 - 
										
Next, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp chili powder, and salt to taste along with the prepared masala
 - 
										Let it cook for 2-3 minutes
 - 
										
Then add about 1 cup of water
 - 
										
Close the lid and cook for 7-8 whistles
 - 
										Let the cooker cool down and open the lid
 - 
										
Cook for a few more minutes to get a thick gravy
 - 
										
Sprinkle coriander leaves and cut off the stove
 
Pandem Kodi Kura or Country Chicken Curry is ready to serve
						Serve hot with flavored rice or white rice
